Carats is ready to integrate the new law (décret 2007-1181) regarding security, coming into place in 2008.The 2003 Law, called the « Loi de Sarkozy » regarding Homeland Security modifies on numerous points the original 1983 law regarding Private Security.
One of the key points of the new law is the requirementt for all private security service managers and employees, as well as self-employed operatives, to justify and prove their professional aptitude for work in the Private Security Sector. This law comes into action from 1st January 2008.
In preparation for this change in status, Carats is already training its personnel in the application of the new law.
